According to LEDinside statistics, the total output value of China's LED chip industry in 2009 was more than 2 billion yuan, and the number of enterprises by region was 62. According to the sales of LED epitaxial chips of various chip companies in 2009, the top 10 LED chip companies in China are ranked as follows:

This ranking only calculates the sales of LED epitaxial chip products of various companies in 2009;
This ranking excludes sales of non-LED products;
This ranking excludes sales of laser diodes (LD);
This ranking excludes the sales of LED packaging applications or other LED devices from various companies;
LED chip companies do not participate in this ranking if they do not have MOCVD or fail to produce epitaxial wafers themselves;
Very few companies cannot provide LED epitaxial chip sales because they only provide sales of the entire company, and do not participate in this ranking.
From the top 10 LED chip companies in China, the sales of LED epitaxial chips in the top seven companies in 2009 exceeded 100 million yuan, and the top 5 sales exceeded 150 million yuan. Since this ranking excludes the sales of laser diodes (LD), Shandong Inspur Huaguang will rank higher.
